Cárdenas Real Estate Gran Canaria

Our company is established since 1980 in Arguineguín. Along the years we have reached a leading market position in the Southwest. Our competitiveness was even improved in 1997 when we established in our current premises, which is possibly the best commercial location in town.

Success has confirmed our business concept and, aiming to acquire a strong position in the whole region of Mogán, in the year 2000 we opened 2 new branches: Puerto Rico and Playa de Mogán.

The owners of the company are Antonio García de Cárdenas and his wife Rolande Chagrin Chevènement. After a long career in the hotel industry they gave themselves over to the real estate profession. Mr. Cárdenas is a Certified Real Estate Agent by the Spanish Association G.I.P.E.* (Gestor Intermediario en la Promoción de Edificaciones*), and he speaks fluent English and German. During his career he promoted as well very well-known luxury buildings in Loma Dos, Arguineguín. Mrs. Chagrin is a Certified Translator in English, French, German and Spanish. She has managed for many years the tax representation for our non resident clients, our main after-sales service, which nowadays she does together with her son Daniel García Chagrin (lawyer & tax advisor). Mr. Cárdenas retired in 2004 transferring the daily management to her highly experienced daughter Carolina García Chagrin (university degree in European Business) but is still involved in the business as a valuable consultant.

APEI (Asociación Profesional de Expertos Inmobiliarios), affiliation number 2417.
GIPE (Gestor Intermediario en la Promoción de Edificaciones, member of CEI, the European Estate Agents`Association "Conféderation Européene de l'Immobilier").

We are also proud to be one of the few estate agents in the Canaries with a Professional Liability Insurance, subscribed with the company Dual Ibérica, part of Arch Insurance Company (Europe) Ltd.

Years of success on the market allowed Mr. Cárdenas to judge the needs of most Europeans when purchasing a property in Gran Canaria in a very precise manner. One of his observations was that the existing properties were not sufficient for our customers' requirements. For this reason, he started promoting new buildings of luxurious apartments.

And success showed that he was right: all of his new projects were sold before or at the beginning of construction!

Mr Cárdenas’ new developments became the "Tailor-made" ideal second home for many customers and are still nowadays highly appreciated and demanded in the real estate market.
