The owners of the company are Mr. Antonio García de Cárdenas and his wife Mrs. Rolande Chagrin Chevènement. After a long career in the hotel industry they gave themselves over to the real estate profession. Mr. Cárdenas is a Certified Real Estate Agent by the Spanish Association G.I.P.E.* (Gestor Intermediario en la Promoción de Edificaciones*), and he speaks fluent English and German. During his career he promoted as well very well-known luxury buildings in Loma Dos, Arguineguín. Mr. Cárdenas retired in 2004 transferring the daily management to her high experienced daughter Carolina García Chagrin (university degree in European Business) but is still involved in the business as a valuable consultant. * Member of CEI, the European Estate Agents` Association "Conféderation Européene de l'Immobilier".

After a long career in the hotel industry they gave themselves over to the real estate profession. Mrs. Chagrin is a Certified Translator in English, French, German and Spanish. She has managed for many years the tax representation for our non resident clients, our main after-sales service, doing it nowadays together with her son Daniel García Chagrin (lawyer & tax advisor).

Carolina García Chagrin grew up in the real estate business as she joined her parents' company in 1996. She took over as Managing Director of Cárdenas Real Estate from her father, Antonio García de Cárdenas, when he retired in the year 2004. She has studied in Germany and Madrid, specialising in European Business Studies and speaks fluent Spanish, German, English, French and Norwegian.

Daniel García Chagrin studied Law in Las Palmas and Granada and graduated at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. He later followed a postgraduate course in Tax Law. He joined his parents' company in 2004 and is nowadays responsible for the legal & tax department providing clients legal and tax support and advice and verifying each sales & rentals transaction. He speaks fluent Spanish, German, English and French
