Location The apartment is located on top of Puerto Ricos west side, between Puerto Rico and Amadores. The complex is located eastwards so you get the sun from early in the morning until some of the afternoon as the complex is far up and the terraces are open without roof. Walking distance to the PR center and the beach as well as to the white Caribbean-inspired Amadores beach. As the complex is on a hill, more people prefer to make use of transport. There are bus and taxi stops close by (very reasonable prices). The apartment is a corner unit and is located on a middle floor, close to the pool. Elevator (s). As the property is on the corner, the owner can use the terrace in front of entrance door (though formally registered as a communal area), as long as he takes in chairs / tables etc after use. Contents The entrance door is in solid aluminum and takes you into a small and practical hallway where you can hang clothes and put off shoes. Electrical Cabinet. Telephony. Daytime activities include mini golf, water sports, tennis, carousels etc. From the harbour tourist ferries take you to Arguineguín or Puerto de Mógan, and from the new bus station there are departures to destinations all over the island including the airport and the capital city of Las Palmas.
