Swing 35 Luxury Villas is a sustainable and environmentally friendly project that integrates design, luxury and exclusivity. It is a new project of luxury villas in Salobre Golf as never before has been carried out, consisting of the construction of 12 sustainable homes in which it has been possible to integrate its construction with the environment in which it is located, and whose facilities have the objective of minimizing energy and waste consumption, and consequently, reducing environmental pollution and guaranteeing comfort in daily life.

This particular villa (model 1A) has 229 m2 on a 369 m2 plot with views of the Golf Course. It consists of 3 bedrooms as well as a large multipurpose space in its basement. The distribution of this spectacular villa is as follows; Ground floor consisting of hall, 40 m2 living room, 7.40 m2 kitchen that can be open island or semi-independent (at the client's choice), toilet, 10 m2 outdoor seating area, 15 m2 solarium, garden area of 104 m2 as well as an infinity pool with integrated hydromassage.
