Our company is established since 1980 in Arguineguín. Along the years we have reached a leading market position in the area "Arguineguín-Patalavaca". Our competitiveness was even improved in 1997 when we established in our current premises, which is possibly the best commercial location in town.
Success has confirmed our business concept and, aiming to acquire a strong position in the whole region of Mogán, in the year 2000 we opened 2 new branches: Puerto Rico and Playa de Mogán.

The owners of the company are Mr.
Antonio García de Cárdenas and his wife Mrs. Rolande
Chagrin. After a long career in the hotel industry they
gave themselves over to the real estate profession. Mr. Cárdenas is
a certified real estate agent by the Spanish Association G.I.P.E.*
(Gestor Intermediario en la Promoción de Edificaciones)*, and he
speaks fluent English and German. In the last years he has got more
involved with the promotion of our own building projects. Mrs. Chagrin
is a Certified Translator in English, French, German and Spanish.
She also manages our services of tax representation for non residents,
our main after-sales service.

Carolina García Chagrin, their daughter, is presently managing the sales department of the company. She did European Business Studies in Germany and Madrid and she speaks fluent German, English, French and Norwegian.
