Hej Lonnie!
En bekräftelse på att jag är mycket nöjd med köpet, Allt detta beroende av att Lonnie med övrig personal har varit till stor hjälp, Lonnie har varit mig tillgänglig från första stund även helger. Mitt första utlandsköp av lägenhet blev mycket enkelt eftersom Lonnie med sin skicklighet i språk lotsat fram mig så att jag förstått vad jag gett mig in på, Utan att egentligen vetat så mycket om alla papper så har jag fått med mig allt på
grund av att Lonnie med personal ställt upp till 110 %procent. Inte nog med det, Vad jag vet så är Cardenas även med mig i fortsättningen. Allt detta kännes mycket tryckt o säkert.
Som ni förstått så har jag valt rätt mäklare för ett köp av hus lägenhet på Gran Canaria Jag rekomenderar alla att kontackta Cardenas Eindomsmegler för att göra köpet enkelt o smidigt utan sömnlösa nätter.

Hi Axel,
Just a short note, now that we are back in wet and windswept Scotland, to thank you for your hard work on our behalf regarding the sale of our apartment. Karin and I were extremely impressed by the service offered by Cardenas, in that you took care of every aspect of the sale and went to great lengths to explain everything to us and ensure that everything was handled correctly. I think if we had been as well advised when we purchased the property, we would not been so surprised to learn that we had an outstanding tax liability but we can do nothing about that now.
Please pass on our thanks to Daniel who explained everything to us very clearly. It is very nice to feel that you are dealing with people whom you can trust, particularly when you are not in your home country.
We will be back on the island from 6th to 13th December, using our week at Anfi, so we will drop in and say hello and hopefully collect a cheque from Daniel, if he is able to obtain our tax refund in that time.Lets hope the weather is better than last week.
