I received an update from Rolande in your Arguineguin office re accounts and the Deeds. I will be more than happy for your agency to continue to act as my agent in relation to the apartment and any tax issues that may arise. At present I am unsure when I will be out again. I am booked for November, but hope to get away much sooner than that – I will let you know.

Having visited Gran Canaria over the last 10 years my wife and I decided to take the plunge and look to buy a property there.

Having spoken to a number of people who had used Cardenas previously and found them most helpful, all I can say is they are excellent.

If you have any fears about purchasing in GC, lose them now !!!
The staff in the Puerto Rico office were incredibly helpful and made our purchase straightforward.
