We wish to express our thanks to all of you who helped us with the purchase of our apartment in Puerto de Mogan. The transaction was extremely smooth and without a hitch. It seemed to be a much more relaxed procedure compared with any we have experienced in England.

We were helped through all the various procedures and the Spanish bureaucracy with courtesy and understanding with helpful suggestions and instructions at all times.

Our particular thanks must go to Theresa at the Mogan office. She was extremely helpful from the start of our interest in properties in the area. Once we had decided to buy, she guided us through all the steps very professionally, if necessary by telephoning us at home in England. We felt at all times that Theresa was someone we could trust absolutely. When she was not available Ramón in the Arguineguin office stepped in to help and our thanks must go to him also. We also appreciate the legal and translational assistance we had from Rolande. Your firm really does work as a team and provides all the assistance needed.

We are very grateful for the help from Cardenas and would recommend the firm to any of our friends who are thinking of buying property in Gran Canaria.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know what great assets you have working for your company. Firstly I would need to praise Daniel who works at your Puerto Rico Branch, he took considerable time out to let us see properties that were within our price range, and when nothing shown was suitable, he advised us on new properties that were being built on the Island. We were then introduced to Leonor Martin Sanchez who I can only describe as 1st class, she covered every aspect of buying in Gran Canaria, even down to estimating cost including Taxes, kitchens, fees etc. The manner in which I was dealt with by your company representative, has taken any worries that I may have had, out of the equation, and made my flat buying experience easy and exciting.
Having had such a great experience with your company, I have now forwarded details to two of my friends who hope to purchase in the near future using Leonor as their main point of contact.
