I wish to thank you for the Escritura duly completed relating to Bungalow 507 L.C I, Arguineguin.
On my first visit to Gran Canaria in 1984, I became interested in property and on recommendation from our friends I contacted you. I found everything fully explained to me, and advice given freely by you regarding the above bungalow.
On my return to the UK in 1985, I received correspondence from you giving me details of the progress of my intended purchase, an at the end of April returned to Gran Canria and received the keys for the bungalow. The whole transaction being conducted smoothly and understood by me, inspite of the differences in language and the Spanish laws.
Again Mr Cardenas, I wish to thank you and your staff for all of their help given to a very satisfied client.
