Dear Leonor.
We just want to thank you, and your secretary Lucy, for all your kind help and assistance.
From the beginning, when we only wanted to see the apartment, you was very helpful.

During the process of buying the apartment in Puerto Rico, you and Lucy, gave us very good advice and assistance. Even in the period of your holiday, you made the necessary steps to help us.

It was always possible to contact you or Lucy, when we had some questions. And the answer came always very quick.

It was a great help for us, that you took the steps to help us to establishing a relation with a bank in Puerto Rico, and gave us all the information we needed.

And when we arrived in Puerto Rico, you helped us in the process to get the NIE numbers.

Even after we had been to the Notary and taken over the apartment, you gave us good advice about everything from where to buy furniture, to help us to get in contact with a company to do some work at the apartment.
And you always offered your help, when I talked to you, even after we finished taking over the apartment.

Once again, thank you very much for all you and Lucy have done for us. I will without hesitation recommend you to people who need to get in contact with a real estate agency.
