CRS or the Council of Residential Specialists is the education affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR), which is the largest association of real estate professionals in the USA, and it’s aim is to provide practical education for its members, establish ethical practices, promote professional standards etc. In Module A (Business Plan) we learnt how important it is to define and set down a clear business mission to guide us in the path to our long term goals, which necessarily have their base on long term customer relationships. In Module B (Marketing) we learnt to establish a marketing plan, again with focus on developing value-adding services and cultivating customer loyalty, rather than just spending money on resounding but empty advertising campaigns. Numerous fellow agents of ACEGI (real estate professional association of the Canary Islands) attended the course, and there was an overall feeling of eagerness to improve and become better professionals. We feel that the CARDENAS philosophy is very close to the principles taught by CRS, and are really enthousiastic about the freshly acquired knowledge and some helpful tools provided. Thanks to our trainer Jordi Mallafré from Barcelona, for a really inspiring and motivating course! ACEGI Members at CRS course in Las Palmas
