[/caption] In a few days we will open a second office in Arguineguín, just a few steps away from our main office, also at calle La Lajilla. The spacious premises (190 m²) will be used mainly for our administration and our legal and tax department, which definitely needed more space because of the steady growth of our business. The new office possesses as well a special room for our huge file of documents gathered over the last three decades, and last but not least a spacious meeting room with audio and video equipment, for almost 20 persons, which will allow us to celebrate our regular staff meetings more comfortably. We hope as well to hold in that room many of the meetings with our partners of the ACEGI, the Real Estate Agency Association of the Canary Islands. The most important however is that our clients will have a much better and easier access to our legal and tax department, of increasing importance in recent years, and to our administration staff, which will ensure a far better service for all. At CARDENAS we have distinguished ourselves since our foundation by a steady increase of our business, without ever loosing sight of the principles - honesty, professionalism and seriousness, among others - established by our founders. Precisely one of the founders, Antonio G. de Cárdenas, though retired from active business, has involved himself daily with the construction and decoration of the new premises.
