All main real estate professional associations of Spain (Cárdenas is member of 2 of them), held an important meeting last week to request with “one single voice” from the Spanish goverment the development of a regulation of the professional activity of real estate agents, and thus grant a better service to consumers who need to buy or sell a real estate property. We are very positive about this initiative, which has our full support. We trust this is an important step in the right direction, and that Spanish real estate agents will soon provide their services under regulated requirements and standards, as it is usual in many other European countries.
